Can I use your soaps if I have sensitive skin?
All of my soaps are made with natural ingredients. I have sensitive skin and had no reaction but everyone is different! I have a fragrance free soap if you're sensitive to fragrances. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes but only to certain countries including Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Norway and a few others. If you want to place an order but you can’t checkout, please use the contact form and we can work something out.

Do you do custom orders?
Yes, please use the contact form or message me on Instagram. Note that if its a big order 20+ let me know months ahead. Thank you.

Where is my order? It's been __ days!

All orders come with a USPS tracking number, it will get emailed to you when your order ships out. There you can track it. If you're wanting updates sent to you, I recommend downloading the Shop App and typing in your tracking number on there. Because we are in Hawai'i, shipping does take a little longer to get to the Continental US. International orders can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on the shipping service you choose. Other factors are weather and holidays. Sometimes customers get their orders faster than others. Once its shipped out, its in USPS' hands. If its been over 2 months especially for international orders, and it hasn't shown up, feel free to use the contact form with your information and we'll get back to you.
